BOOKING CONDITIONS WITH TRAVEL CARTAGENA

• All tours require advance payment in order to guarantee your reservation and manage the insurance of the clients who will take the tour.

• Once you make your reservation, one of our advisors will contact you via WhatsApp or phone as soon as possible to finalize the details.

• When you contact our advisor, we require that you send us the full names and ID numbers of the people who will be taking the tour.

• If it is one of the tours that includes pick-up at the hotel or building, we ask for the address, name of the accommodation and room number.

• Before starting the tour we will send you a copy of the insurance and assistance that will be provided in case of an accident. (Assistance included in the rate).
